Morocco Desert Tour from Casablanca 11 days Description:

1st day: Casablanca

When you arrive in Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco, you will be greeted and transferred to your Casablanca hotel, where you will check-in and relax for the afternoon.

Depending on the time, you can choose an optional tour of the Hassan II Mosque or take a stroll in the city and Mohammed V Square.

2nd day: Casablanca – Fez

After breakfast, you will leave towards Fez. On the way, you will stop in Rabat, the capital and residence of the king. After lunch, there will time to enjoy the beautiful coastal city.

Afterward, you will continue to Fez, the spiritual capital of Morocco. Overnight at Hotel / Riad.

3rd day: Fez

After breakfast, you will begin your guided tour of the city, one of the largest walled cities in the world. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, spicy hills, intricately woven barbarian carpets, and many other art objects in Morocco.

A visit to the King’s Palace, tanneries, and cabinets are just a few of the places you will encounter. For lunch, you will eat in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the city. After lunch, the tour will be completed, and return to the hotel / Riyadh for the evening.

4th day: Fez – Merzouga

After early breakfast, the climb will start across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the day, you will spend your way through beautiful fertile forests, rough rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert.

Halfway, you will stop for lunch in Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. We continue on mountain roads overlooking the wide Ziz valley flow. Pass through the Kasbah and palm groves as we head towards the colorful brick town of Rachidia and then Erfoud (famous for its history festival and excavations).

From here, we continue our journey to the dunes of Merzouga fur on foot in the dunes of Erg Chebbi (250m). From the top of the sunset, the dunes are spectacular. Here, in the dunes of Erg Chebbi, we will have dinner and spend a night in the Bedouin tent under the night sky filled with stars.

5th day: Merzouga

Three hours of beauty is planned across the great dunes and through the desert stone in the morning, and stop to prepare lunch among the dunes.

In the afternoon, camel riding is programmed for another two hours to reach the high dunes. From here, at 250m, sunset is a spectacular sight. Dinner and night at Bivouacs at the foot of the dunes.

6th day: Merzouga – Dades Gorges

After breakfast, you will return by camel to 4×4 and return to Rissani and Erfoud. From Erfoud, you are out behind the High Atlas Mountains on the road to Todra Gorgas for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will take a walk at the towering Todra Gorges, with the massive slopes of 985 feet high. The picturesque river valleys make for a beautiful trip towards southeastern Morocco.

Then continue your journey towards another impressive Dades Gorges, passing by creating exotic rocks from Tamantal Hills. Overnight right at the heart of the Dadas valley, lined by the red and oval rocks. Overnight at the hotel.

7th day: Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate

After breakfast is scheduled to walk in the worms, on a trip to the car, continue a trip to Ouarzazate, go off-road along the Boutarar piste to visit the nomads in their caves share a cup of tea with them.

From here, we continue through the Valley of Roses, famous for the Rose Festival in May, and the Kasbah past from Sakura. In Ouarzazate, you can stay in Riad.

8th day : Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, the road extends to the Kasbahs from Ait Ben Haddou, a world heritage site and backdrop for many Hollywood movies. One of the most famous Kasbah in Morocco.

From there, the road continues along the Valley of Onila to the Kasbah Telouet. This Kasbah is located directly in the middle of the mountains and was once another Pasha seat of Marrakesh, Glawe. The highest pass in Africa, Tizi n Tishka, was dominated. At the end of the afternoon, we arrived in Marrakech, dinner and night in Riad.

9th day: Marrakech Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will have a guided tour of Marrakech, the pearl of southern Morocco. You will discover the Bahia Palace, the Majorelle Park, the Saudi Cemeteries, and many other hidden treasures.

After lunch, you will continue on tour to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous Djemaa El Fna Square, one of Marrakech’s great attractions, dinner and night in Riad.

10th day: Marrakech – Essaouira

You will travel today to the jewel of the sea from Morocco. Gnawa (formerly Mogador) is located along the Atlantic coast, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Cities, and one of the most charming places in Morocco.

Explore the ancient city of Essaouira and its surrounding areas with impressive examples of Moroccan and European architecture, or take the opportunity to relax on the beach, tasty dinner, and night in Riad.

11th day: Transfer from Essaouira to Casablanca Airport
