1st day: Marrakech – Erg Chagaga

Kick off your Marrakech to Erg Chagaga desert tour by morning departure from Marrakech to the dunes Erg Chagaga to cross the Atlas Mountains. After the passing of Tichka (2260 m), it takes a side road to Taznakht, famous for its barbarian carpets and its spread.

After breakfast, we drive from Ouarzazate to Marrakech, which runs through the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and is known as the backdrop for many Hollywood films.

Then continue the road along the valley of Ounila with beautiful and prosperous villages, stunning mountains, and views of the Telouet, where you will stop to visit the Kasbah Telouet. Instead, lunch can be in the mountains! We arrive in the bustling city at the end of the afternoon which marks the end of your Marrakech to Erg Chagaga desert tour.
